WHO WE ARE

The Hospital Council of Northern & Central California and the Hospital Association of Southern California have come together to create California Hospital Share (CHS), a statewide business partner program.

OUR BUSINESS PARTNER PROGRAM

The Business Partner Program was established to provide cutting-edge and cost-effective solutions for our member hospitals. Selected business partners are expected to meet high quality standards and offer products or services that help health care facilities avoid costs, recover revenue, reduce operating and capital expenses, improve management and quality, increase productivity, develop staff resources and apply new strategies. Through a due diligence process, Hospital Share staff perform the necessary evaluation and analysis of potential partners. The respective associations’ executive selection committee then approves and endorses the partners.

Do you have what it takes to become a CHS endorsed company? CHS is continually seeking potential new companies that meet our high standards and rigorous selection process.

Endorsements are exclusive — we seek singular, best-of-breed providers in each service or product line. Endorsed companies gain exclusive rights to use the association endorsed company logo, and enjoy marketing support through California Hospital Share.

DUE DILIGENCE

The California Hospital Share due diligence process includes the following steps:

  1. Identify need: Work with hospitals to identify products and services needed;
  2. Market scan and evaluation:  Conduct a market scan and thoroughly review and measure candidates against criteria established by the associations;
  3. Award endorsement: Once a company passes our quality and integrity standards, CHS recommends it to the respective association executive boards for endorsement.
